Account details for your team, the organization record for your firm, and the investor CRM records you create or import: contact details, pipeline stage, notes, tasks, communications and form submissions.
Every record belongs to one organization. Database-level row security restricts access to members of that organization only. No other customer can read your records.
We use your data to operate the product: to display your CRM, send communications you initiate, and generate AI summaries and drafts on your request. We do not sell your data or your investors' data.
When you use the AI assistant or follow-up suggestions, relevant CRM context is sent to our AI provider to produce a response. AI-generated messages are never sent to an investor without your approval.
The current release tracks document status only. Do not upload sensitive financial documents until secure document storage is released.
Owners and admins can export or delete organization data at any time. Contact hello@investornurture.com and we will action deletion requests within 30 days.
